AA Accesories

Cases and Accesories:

Our Company offers a 7 day return policy. Returns are only accepted if DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED product. Product must be in its original condition including labels, tags and packaging. In case of receiving the wrong item let us know as soon as possible and shipping will be provided and you will be reimbursed.

Screens:

LCD- LCD screen is provided with full guarantee
MP+ - MP+ screen is provided with back glass warranty
Incell- Does not provide back glass warranty

Phones:

IMEI- Life time warranty
Phones return must file an RMA, returns received without an RMA# will not be processed. Once you receive an RMA#The return must reach us within 7 business days.(Provide tracking number when shipped) Returns must include all original accessories, packaging, warranty cards (if applicable), and undamaged items.

• If we find that no defect exists as claimed, a standard restocking fee of 25% will be charged by AA Accessories LLC
• In the event of a non-deliverable order due to a refusal of delivery or marked as "Package Undeliverable," we will levy a charge equivalent to 30% of your order total. This charge is intended to compensate for the time and labor costs involved in preparing and shipping your order.
